Professional Biography
Munir Ahmed is a dedicated professional with a strong background in both healthcare and business. A dentist by profession, he completed his dental studies and practiced in the Philippines before moving to New Zealand, where he continued his studies in the healthcare field.
Munir has managed a dental clinic, gaining valuable experience in leadership, administration and financial management. He also operates his own enterprise importing premium dental products from Pakistan to New Zealand and works with a medical company within the healthcare sector. Through these ventures, he has developed deep expertise in international trade business development and financial operations.
Recently appointed as the Treasurer of the Pakistan New Zealand Business Council (PNBC), Munir brings his professional experience and business insight to help promote transparency, collaboration, and stronger trade ties between Pakistan and New Zealand.
Beyond his professional commitments, Munir is a strong believer in family values, community engagement, and voluntary service. He is passionate about travel and exploring new cultures, and he actively contributes to sports and youth development as a cricket coach with East Coast Bays Cricket Club.
